Responsibilities
- Oversee field operations across a multi-state region
- Manage and develop a team of Field Supervisors and Quality Technicians
- Ensure all projects meet QLS quality standards and client expectations
- Monitor regional P&L performance and drive cost optimization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Support new business development and participate in client pitches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in operations management, quality, or manufacturing
- 3+ years managing distributed teams
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen
- Willingness to travel within the region regularly
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in the automotive, trucking, or heavy equipment industry
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
