Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of components and assemblies
- Record and report inspection results using cloud-based QLS Dot software
- Identify, contain, and document nonconforming materials
- Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and customer contacts
- Follow defined work instructions and safety protocols on-site
- Support rework and repair activities as directed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to use basic measurement tools (calipers, gauges, tape measures)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing or quality inspection
- Familiarity with automotive or heavy-duty truck industry standards
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
