Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of OEM and supplier accounts across North America
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and escalations
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for new and renewal business
- Track account metrics and report on client satisfaction and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of account management or B2B sales experience
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the quality, manufacturing, or automotive sectors
- Existing network of contacts in the OEM or supplier community
- Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically
