Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor on-site Quality Technician teams
- Coordinate daily work schedules and staffing for assigned projects
- Serve as the primary contact between QLS and the client's plant management
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality protocols
- Conduct on-site safety briefings and ensure PPE compliance
- Escalate critical quality issues to the regional operations manager
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in OEM production environments
- Familiarity with QLS Dot or similar project tracking platforms
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
